By using Credenza, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the application.

2. Permitted Use

Users may use Credenza for lawful certificate generation and delivery workflows, including:

• Creating personalized certificates from uploaded templates.
• Managing recipient lists and sending certificate emails.
• Downloading generated outputs for legitimate organizational use.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for recipient data accuracy and permission to contact recipients.
• You must maintain secure handling of SMTP and storage credentials.
• You must not use the app for spam, abuse, or unlawful content distribution.
• You must not use Credenza to create, distribute, or attempt to pass fraudulent certificates.

4. Service Availability

Functionality may depend on third-party service availability (e.g., email provider and storage provider). Temporary interruptions, provider limits, or network issues may affect delivery performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Credenza is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, the developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the application.

The developers are not responsible for fraudulent certificate generation, illegal use of generated outputs, or any unlawful activity performed by users of the application.
